Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation of your order , If you wish to amend your order in any way please contact us as soon as possible as we cannot amend any orders once they have been dispatched.

Delivery

We aim to despatch all stock within 2-3 working days of your receipt. Express delivery items are despatched within 1 working day.

Delivery will be made by 2nd class post or by our carrier.

Discrepancies and Damaged Goods

You should advise us of any shortage or transit damage within 3 working days of receipt or non delivery seven days after your order was placed. If it is a shortage we will then send you the outstanding items. If your item is damaged we will give you a refund or send you a replacement.

When you receive your item if the packaging looks damaged you MUST sign for the item as damaged so that we can claim back off our carriers.

Unwanted Goods

We want you to be 100% satisfied with all purchases you make from Hardware Outlet.

Therefore you may return any item purchased from us for any reason within 14 days of receipt, they must be in unused re-saleable condition in order for refunds to be issued. If the item you return does not arrive in perfect re-saleable condition we cannot offer a refund.

When you are returning any item you must pay the return postage fee. Once we have received the goods back you will receive a refund minus the postage and packaging.

We CANNOT except returns for specially made items, i.e. made to measure splashbacks or cut to size sheet material & extrusions We recommend when returning items you use a traceable service as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received back to us.

Returning items over the trade counter will only be accepted with valid proof of purchase

Out of Stock Items

Unforeseen circumstances will occasionally result in an item being out of stock. If this unfortunately happens you will be informed by email whether we will be getting any more in stock or of the likely despatch date and given the opportunity to cancel. If you take this option, the cost of the item will be refunded immediately.

Please email or telephone us prior to returning any products for whatever reason. Our goods in department will refuse delivery if we have not been notified beforehand.
